Opleiding "Duurzame grootkeukens"

Sedert 2011 begeleidde CODUCO regelmatig grootkeukens in het Brusselse Gewest om hun werking te verduurzamen. Dit project werd gefinancierd door Leefmilieu Brussel. Naast de klassieke methodes voor grootkeukens (minder vlees, meer lokale biologische producten...) werd de focus ook gelegd het verminderen van voedselverspilling.

In het kader van dit project gaf CODUCO regelmatig vormingen voor grootkeukens in Brussel. Hierbij kwamen verschillende thema’s aan bod zoals voedselverspilling, aankoop van biologische en fair trade-producten. Het doel was nog meer grootkeukens ertoe aan te zetten duurzamer te zijn in hun dagelijkse werking.
